  • Go here: https://dash.clienteye.com/forgot-password
  • Enter the email of the account you want to change the password for
  • Check your email and enter the code that will be emailed to you back onto the page

How often are leads added?

Leads are generally added every 24-72 hours. Generally we recommend that you check your SimplyIntel dashboard on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please note that the frequency of when leads are added to your account depend on many factors including how much quality traffic is on your website and what SmartFilters you have set.

Can we add multiple users for our company?

We don’t currently have the feature to allow multiple users but it’s something our team is looking to add in the near future.

For now, you can share credentials with your team.
